General Information
Box Office: The Century High School Fine Arts Box Office is located in the Music Department hallway (From main entrance, turn right.) The box office opens approximately three weeks prior to the opening of each production. Our Box Office is entirely staffed by students, and hours of operation are posted on the office door and at www.pantherplayhouse.com. Please visit during these times to limit disruption to music classes.
Refund Policy: Refunds and exchanges are generally not allowed once tickets have been purchased, if there has been an error please contact our box office as soon as possible.
Audio Assistance: The Century High School auditorium is equipped with a Telex assistive listening system, transmitting vocals to special headphones worn by hard of hearing users. Please inquire with the ushers at least 15 minutes prior to the performance.
Access: Accessible seats (those with removable armrests, and spaces for wheel chairs) are available upon request. Please reserve in advance with the box office.
Latecomer Seating: Patrons arriving after the performance begins may be asked to wait in the lobby until an appropriate pause in the performance allows for late seating. When arriving late, patrons may be asked to sit in special seats other than their reserved seats until intermission. Seats not claimed by 5 minutes prior to curtain are subject to resale.
House Rules: Food and drink are not allowed within the auditorium. Please shut off all cell phones and pagers prior to the performance. Use of cameras and recording equipment without the express permission of the Director is strictly prohibited due to copyright and licensing restrictions.
